Something about this building is {haunting}. I want to know its story. The five W's...who, what, where, when, and why?
The rooms inside are dark, the roof is a vastness of vegetation and its presence is astounding in a little alley way in this developing city.
There is one piece of life in the decaying building. An all red barber shop {Tivoli Barber Shop}. The red {ScReAmS} in its loudness.
